Myths and Reality of the Fourth Demographical Transition in Russia
In the article the authors consider problems of the present and future demographical development of Russia from the position of proposed by them concept of the fourth demographical transition which based on such demographical processes like international migration of the population and nuptiality. These processes engender beginnings of the new generation. This concept is a one of all possible scenario of the future demographical development of Russia and other countries.

Demographical situation of Russia: achievements and challenges
There is an estimation of the development of demographical processes in Russia in 2002-2010 in the article and setting of the influence on these processes of realization of the Concept of demographical development of Russia in 2007. The author shows not the linear subjection, but strongly pronounced subjection of demographical processes from quality of life and living standards. The author points that during three years the practical achieving of goal of the Concept of demographical development for eight years doesn’t let decrease all types of resources, directed on the further improvement of demographic situation in the country. There is a special necessity of providing the strong economic and demographical politics on the federal and regional level in Non-chernozem zone and Far East and also in many small towns and rural settlements of the country.
Content analysis of special-purpose demographic program as a method of expert estimation
The article shows the expert estimation of the regional demography programs of development, drawbacks and breaches of it, which led to inefficient usage the budgetary funds. The approach, which is presented in the article, lets make the content analysis of special-purpose demographic programs and use it for assessment on the stage of projecting and on the stage of realization, and also for estimation of socio-economic efficiency of proposed events.

Analysis of medico-demographic situation: regional peculiarities and trends on the example of Novgorod region
The analysis of medical demographic processes in Novgorod region in the dynamics for the past 20 years has been presented. The differences in ratios in comparison with the Russian Federation and the North – West Federal District have been found out. Factors that define medical and demographic ratios have been discussed. The necessity of development and implement of specific measures to alleviate the acuteness of demographic crisis and consolidate the positive trends in the demographic processes in the Novgorod region has been demonstrated.

In the article the author considers the evolution of migration processes for the latest 60 years, shows the influence of migration to the demographic development, analyses the results of migration policy in the latest 20 years, he substantiates the necessity of change of migration policy in the modern conditions, and author’s position becomes clear in relation to purposes of the concept of migration policy.
This article describes the regional dimensions of demand for labor, vocational training and opportunities for members of the Russian Federation to ensure demand for skills through migrants and vocational education system in the transition to an innovative economic path.

Migration of the population in China: forecast for Russia
The article is devoted to research of migration situation in China in the modern period. The results of the latest population census (including population census of 2010) show unprecedented raise of urbanization and interior migration in China as a consequence of successfully organized economic reform. By the result of the research the author concludes, that including many such factors like aging the population of China and decrease of the number of population in able-bodied age, realization of great infrastructure projects and improvement of the living standards of population of China in compare of Russia Far East, it would not be logical to expect the intensive migration from China to the territory of Russia.

Effect of non-standard employment contracts for workers' standard of living is revealed through the two important components: employment and wages. At the data of enterprises in 2009-2010 analyzes the impact non-standard employment contracts for employment, the staff of workers and rate of wages in enterprises with standard and non-standard employment conditions.

Estimation of the change of living standards of the pensioners of Azerbaijanian Republic for the years of independence
In the article the reforms in the pension system of our republic has been investigated in the last years. The changes of the pension system from the first years of the independency till this time has been estimated. The impact of the carrying out reforms to the living standards of the pensioners has been investigated. At the end of the article the suggestions in the direction of the improvement of the social condition of the pensioners has been given in the nearest future.
Economic and social effects of conversion costs an employer of labor to the wages of the employee for example the aviation industry
Wages in the defense industry of Russia is uncompetitive. There is a possibility to increase it by optimizing the cost structure of the employer to work without an increase in living expenses themselves. Our calculations allow to increase the level of the existing salary 2 times in the light of limitations on such conversion.

In-company training as the element of intangible stimulation of the personnel
Today the efficiency of economic development of the modern countries in a great degree depends on volume of funds, invested in a “human factor”, because it is impossible to provide progressive development of society. The goals of personnel training are formed from the business goals, level of company development, priorities in sphere of in-company investment, directions of personnel development, anyway that is not the full list of factors which influence on the character of educational events in the company. Knowledge management is necessary, and one of aspects of such management is designing of company strategy, which includes the strategy of in-company training. The companies, which have the modern system of in-company training, lead in competitive conditions. They have the possibilities in shortest period to be ready to every treat of environment by increasing its productivity.

This article reviews the modern concepts of career, occupying a central place in Western sociological literature. Two fundamental concepts – boundaryless and protean careers, as well as several less common concepts – post-corporate, kaleidoscope and hybrid careers are described and analyzed. A critical evaluation of mentioned concepts and their applicability to the Russian reality are presented.
